By accessing or using Impeccable Rideshare’s website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
“Company”, “we”, and “us” refer to Impeccable Rideshare, LLC. “User”, “you” and “your” refer to any person who accesses or uses the Services. “Services” means all functionality, features, content, and applications offered by the Company to facilitate ride bookings, including luxury and shared rides.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian if under 18. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the Services.
All ride reservations require a valid major credit card or approved payment method at the time of booking. Ride fares are calculated based on distance, time, vehicle type, and applicable fees (e.g., tolls, parking). Overtime will be billed in 30-minute increments at the prevailing rate. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all ride charges and applicable taxes.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and same-day cancellations are non-refundable. The Company reserves the right to charge a no-show fee if the passenger fails to board within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time.
You agree not to engage in illegal, harassing, or unsafe behavior during a ride, including hanging out of windows or sunroofs. The Company may refuse service or terminate a ride if such behavior occurs, with no refund. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult and use appropriate safety restraints.
All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC RIDE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under or related in any way to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on our website and indicate the revision date. Continued use of the Services after changes posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
